All customers are required to unpack and check items and notify the company in case of defects within 10 days. After the end of 10 days it is considered that the items were received in excellent condition.

RETURNS CHARGE TO THE COMPANY

Return of products at the COMPANY's charge can be carried out in all cases where the order is executed incorrectly, i.e. in case of delivery of any item other than that ordered by type or quantity or in case when delivery of the item has been damaged, completely or for the most part, or in case it is found that the item is defective. In this case, the customer must either not accept the receipt of the product from the beginning, or request its return, in consultation with the COMPANY.
Products must be returned in the condition received by the customer. In case they are not returned, at the time agreed upon following the agreement with the COMPANY, then the Online Store is entitled not to accept the refund and therefore to refuse replacement.
For all cases the return of the product to be replaced should be done together with all documents accompanying the product (e.g. Shipping Note, Invoice or Retail Receipt etc.) and complete its packaging. The return of the products at the COMPANY's charge will be by SFANTOS's personnel and means of transport, either through courier or through a transport company.
In case of return of the products, and provided that the products have been received and checked by the COMPANY, the refund to the customer will be done by canceling the credit card charge, which will be done with the diligence of the COMPANY.
In case of return of products by way of payment on delivery, the refund will be made by deposit into a bank account designated by the customer. In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Online Shop has the right to seek compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the state of the products and to unilaterally and without any other means to fully or partially offset this claim against the customer.
